Why it matters
Get to know others who are following a gluten-free diet and use them for support. You can exchange information on where to eat out, what recipes to use, the best stores for gluten-free products, etc. It is nice to have people who are going through the same things around you just for the moral support and connection.
Surrounding yourself with likeminded people will keep you on the right track and help you to avoid temptation. You will make new friends and have someone to turn to when you are finding the new routine tough.
